Definitions

The "Company" or "us" means Dr. Arturo Almeida, trading through Baarle Consulting Ltd.

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in Dr. Arturo Almeida's events/seminars (the "Event") conducted by Dr. Arturo Almeida ("Promoter"). By registering for the Event or purchasing any programme at any of our locations, you (the "Participant") signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for, attend, or purchase any programme.

Participant Conduct

The Promoter requires all Participants to be respectful and professional toward our staff, venue hosts, speakers, and other Participants and their guests throughout the Event, including during breaks and non-scheduled time. The Promoter reserves the right to ask any Participant and/or their guests to leave the venue immediately should they be deemed disruptive, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated, or in possession of alcohol or illegal substances. In such cases, the Participant's fees will not be reimbursed under any circumstances, and they will forfeit any advertised bonuses or guarantees.

Pricing and Payment

. Prices may be displayed as "PRICE + VAT" (VAT added at checkout) or "PRICE inc VAT" (VAT included but itemized).

Events require full payment prior to attendance. All monies must be paid 7 clear days before the Event date.

What's Included

Events are non-residential and do not include accommodation or meals unless specifically stated. Lunch is provided at full-day events.

Cancellation and Changes by Participant

Once purchased, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Under reasonable circumstances, one date change request may be considered at the Promoter's sole discretion, subject to a £25 administration fee payable immediately upon approval.

Venue Changes

Should a venue change be necessary, an alternative will be found for the same date and time within a 10-mile radius of the original venue. All participants will be notified in advance. Only if no suitable venue is found will refunds or date transfers be offered.

All variations are subject to availability and at Dr. Arturo Almeida's discretion.

Programme Modifications

All advertised programmes and prices are subject to availability. While every reasonable effort is made to adhere to advertised content, programmes may be altered or dates changed before or after booking confirmation.

Where changes occur prior to booking confirmation, Dr. Arturo Almeida accepts no contractual liability. Where changes occur after confirmation, we will make reasonable endeavors to provide suitable alternatives.
